Loueen specialized with first-time home buyers in Cortland, NY, and then in foreclosures in Denver, CO. Loueen became an REO Asset Manager handling a substantial portfolio of foreclosures for numerous national banks. With a profound sense of family values, she moved back to NY to care for her mother and returned to selling residential real estate in the Central NY/Finger Lakes area.
